A. In its simplest terms the number (e.g. 30 mIU) os just a standardised measurement system that detects the ovulation hormone in your urine. The lower the number the higher the sensitivity!

Essentially the higher the sensitivity the sooner it will be possible to detect when you are about to ovulate.
